Salary to £100k + Shares + 4 weeks’ work-from-anywhere globally + 12 weeks’ maternity/paternity pay + 10-days paid time off after pregnancy losses (either partner) + 8-days paid time off for fertility treatment + AXA Health + £800pa personal development budget
