Exciting opportunity to work with a Big4 Tech Company as a Sponsorships Campaign Manager, based in London, UK!
Contract Duration: 3 months
Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day global Sponsorships program by owning program trackers, workback calendars, timeline management, oversight of the status review, and holding owners accountable to ensure milestones are met.
- Drive continuous process improvement and automation to be more effective and efficient, while reducing errors. Survey teams to identify additional processes that can be centralized, automated, externalized, or deprecated
- Invent and simplify processes and the use of system tooling to support efficient collaboration, campaign planning, resource tracking and creative review/approvals.
- Anticipate and be able to mitigate problems as they arise while ensuring updates on progress, relevant delays and budget implications are communicated to stakeholders.
- Author program/campaign playbooks that can be scaled globally in mature and nascent markets
- Raise the quality bar and foster continual process improvements through routine post mortums and collaborative feedback with cross-functional partners.
