Cyber Security Lead - London offices + hybrid working
£80-90k+ bonus + benefits
The Cyber Security Lead will be hands-on in driving the delivery of a range of pivotal SOC projects .
The company require candidates from established Cyber backgrounds who can add value quickly with scope to play a key role in leading and delivering Cyber solutions and relevant strategy across an enterprise level business.
The company offer hybrid working with 3-4 days WFH each week and a strong benefits package.
Core requirements
- 5 years+ experience in a Cyber security role
- Previous leadership experience - leading SOC, Threat or Cyber Defence Centre functions
- Designing and owning Project Roadmaps
- Extensive experience implementing relevant security processes
- Hands on experience with Splunk or similar tools – developing bespoke solutions
- Senior stakeholder and Vendor management
- Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with various teams and departments.
Desirables:
- Designing and implementing Cyber strategy
- Enterprise level cyber project delivery
- Relevant certifications, CTIA, CISSP or similar
