We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to work on a pivotal project in the AI space. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, working inside IR35 , with competitive daily rates up to £850 . You will be required onsite in South West England for 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Solution Delivery: Support the realisation of solutions through architecture into delivery, roll-out, and full lifecycle management.
- Project Oversight: Ensure solution integrity throughout the delivery lifecycle, maintaining alignment with business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and business requirements.
- Solution Design: Develop and deliver solution designs aligned with organisational strategy, ensuring practical implementation.
- UML Modelling: Realise design intents expressed as requirements/use cases in UML models using the Arc42 framework in Enterprise Architect .
- Strategic Alignment: Support cross-organisational strategies and plans to ensure stakeholder collaboration and alignment.
- Data Integration: Implement 3rd-party data integrations for internal and external use cases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to identify and address operational and strategic challenges.
- Technology Architecture: Deliver key architecture artefacts and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Skills & Experience:
- Current or transferable SC clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect , ideally within defence or AI-related projects.
- Expertise in UML modelling and familiarity with the Arc42 framework .
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience with 3rd-party data integrations and delivering architecture across complex environments.
- Exceptional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
