The Head of Growth Marketing is a senior strategic leader for Worldpay’s UK SMB segment, responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing digital marketing channels.
The Head of Growth Marketing strategizes and oversees the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth of new SMB customers as well as expand the revenue of existing customers. This role involves a blend of creative marketing strategies and analytical approaches to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Additionally, it will focus on identifying and tapping into new growth opportunities, optimizing marketing channels, and aligning marketing efforts with the company’s broader business goals.
Leads the development and execution of high scale growth-focused marketing strategies including the cross functional, internal and external resources for various programs, including content, SEO, SEM, digital, social media, email campaigns, and partner marketing.
This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies are integrated with product development and sales objectives.
Leverages data analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions to lower customer acquisition costs while increasing customer lifetime value.
Aligns with finance resources to ensure performance metrics are clearly aligning with ROI and LTV:CAC ratios.
Collaborates with sales teams to ensure capacity and routing efficiency for inbound marketing efforts to convert effectively and conversion rates.
Assesses the competition and directs the content and creative requirements to meet conversion targets. This includes designing optimal competitive promotions, messages and offers to attract leads and convert them.
10 years of growth marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, and digital acquisition.
