We drive our CRM SaaS products for sellers, creators, partners and internal ops, enabling users to leverage our CRM products to identify performance issues, generate insights and take optimization.Responsibilities- Solution Architect: Responsible for proposing MRD(market requirements), by conducting research with merchants, creators, partners & internal ops, converting business-related issues to data driven solutions, collaborating with our business operations teams and product managers on proof of concept. - Requirements Management: Be capable of designing the success metrics of products, using ROI analysis to prioritize product requirements and propose roadmaps to product managers.- GTM Leader: Responsible for product adoption achievement, develop the Go-To-Market plan for products, including GTM objective, content strategy & channel strategy and land executions with supporting marketing functions. - Project Management: Working with cross functional teams to lead data-driven key projects, manage roadmaps and facilitate project progress.Qualifications- 5+ years of experience consulting / product design for ecommerce or CRM applications for business. - Experience in a client facing role or business partnering roles, interfacing with marketing and sales teams.- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.- Goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.- Bachelor's Degree or above.
