Roles is instrumental in developing the technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals, working to set the broader technology strategyInnovative leader bringing thought leadership and new ways of working to our software engineering teams, working with delivery leads and LOB teams to manage software development lifecycle processes, leveraging cloud and Agile based engineering techniques, delivering high quality products in a cost-efficient mannerManaging IT Service Management teams including oversight of offshore vendors, working to deliver quality solutions at an onshore/offshore optimized cost structure. The VP, Enterprise Applications will have oversight of IT Enterprise Services functions include change control, project management office (PMO), release and vendor management. Resource will be responsible for managing the maturity of these process across all IT teams and vendors.Represent the technology team by communicating direction and data-driven insights to leadership peers, customers, partners, including our Board of DirectorsAccomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and counseling employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
