Reporting directly to Country Data Foundation Product Line Leader, this role will be the Product Owner for the Omnichannel Data Hub Product & Product team. Responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and the development teams. Product vision to leapfrog Omnichannel engagement and performance for both, Customers and Consumers.Connects business and tech worlds to create and deliver an omnichannel product for a 360 view of our commercial customer and consumer data.empowered to make decisions related to product features, backlog prioritization, release planning.Ensures good practices in architecture and that the product meets applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) Lead business-critical operational performance indicators and technical metrics.Minimum of 10 years' experienceBachelor's degree in computer sciences, digital marketing, or related fieldRequires leadership in Commercial Omnichannel customer & consumer data, campaign performance, and 360 engagement in the Life Science space.Experience leading teams: clarifying requirements, problem-solving, resolving conflicts, defining strategy, and driving process improvements.Experience with Data Warehousing & Analytics, with the ability to connect tech and business worldsWhy Choose Us?
