£A leading insurance and reinsurance provider is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assess and document Target Operating Models (TOM) for new acquisitions and change initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support business transformation goals.
Assess, validate, and document TOM for acquisitions and change initiatives.
Conduct end-to-end process analysis to identify efficiencies and improvements.
Develop key performance metrics and insights to drive business decisions.
At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a London Market setting (it does not have to be consecutive).
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and data analysis (Excel).
