The Onyx Research Data Platform organization represents a major investment designed to deliver a step-change in our ability to leverage data, knowledge, and prediction to find new solutions. We are a full-stack team consisting of product and portfolio leadership, data engineering, infrastructure and DevOps, data/metadata/knowledge platforms, and AI/ML and analysis platforms, all geared toward:
Building a next-generation, metadata- and automation-driven data experience for our scientists, engineers, and decision-makers, increasing productivity and reducing time spent on “data mechanics.”
Providing best-in-class AI/ML and data analysis environments to accelerate our predictive capabilities and attract top-tier talent.
Aggressively engineering our data at scale, as one unified asset, to unlock the value of our unique collection of data and predictions in real-time.
Oversee the program of work, quality management systems (QMS), and financial delivery to ensure successful execution of our mission.
Define, build, and execute internal processes for agile planning and delivery across the entire portfolio.
Partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure best-in-class software delivery and overall ways of working.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Jira for agile project management and tracking.
Experience with Cubit or similar tools for data management and analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
