About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to elevate brand visibility through innovative PR and influencer campaigns. This is a pivotal role focused on managing press relations, influencer marketing, and collaborating with PR agencies to ensure impactful campaigns across the luxury, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role requires a creative yet analytical professional with strong industry connections and a proven track record in delivering results.
Key responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Media Relations
- Manage press office operations, including handling press requests, sample coordination, and distributing press releases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and publications in the luxury, beauty, and lifestyle sectors to secure impactful coverage.
- Craft and pitch press materials, seasonal campaigns, and unique storylines that align with brand objectives.
- Track and report on media coverage, measuring KPIs such as share of voice and reach.
Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns, working with creators and agencies to deliver impactful content.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers who reflect the brand’s values and resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee campaign content to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality visuals.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and timelines to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft engaging narratives and visual content for press and influencer campaigns.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone and appeals to luxury and fragrance consumers.
- Use market insights and trends to refine messaging and storytelling.
Agency & Budget Management
- Coordinate with external PR agencies to ensure alignment on strategy, deliverables, and performance targets.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely execution.
- Prepare and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Skills/Experiences desired
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in PR or communications, ideally within luxury, fashion, or beauty.
- Strong media network and established relationships in the beauty and lifestyle press.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and agency collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Passion for the luxury, fragrance, or beauty industry.
Location
This role is hybrid, split between working from home and working in the London head office. (in EC1).
