As a key player within this function, you will lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations that deliver tangible, lasting value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of robust Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, leveraging best practices and tailoring configurations to meet each client’s unique needs.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, managing onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful client outcomes.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate strategic discussions, building strong client relationships and delivering trusted guidance at each stage of the project.
- Mentor and guide a dedicated team, overseeing module configuration, testing, and deployment while ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong functional experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud, especially in the Core HCM module.
- Proven background in implementing process changes and driving transformations.
- Skilled at managing and facilitating workshops and discussions, ensuring clear project goals and alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including managing offshore teams for high-quality outcomes.
