You will lead the development of advanced algorithms for next-generation weapon systems, contributing to all stages of the product lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to steer technical activities, grow your team, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders and customers. Your Responsibilities Lead the Stevenage algorithm development team and shape its technical direction. Experience in algorithm development and associated tools. Background in a subject with mathematical content (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science). post-doctoral or industrial experience is beneficial.
