HRIS Specialist (Workday)
Location: London
Salary: £70-80,000
Hybrid : 3 days a week
JGA are partnered with a fantastic Global Org who are seeking a HRIS Specialist to join their team. An exciting opportunity to continue your development and experience within Workday.
Key responsibilities:
- Configuring Workday system to improve efficiencies and lead on continuous improvement.
- Execute various HRIS projects and integrations, manage UAT and impact analysis.
- Develop interfaces, integrating with other applications, seeking automation improvements for data management and streamlines.
- Resolve various technical issues, supporting users and organisation communications.
- Perform data audits.
- Cross-collaboration internally, understanding requirements and creating reports.
- Manage third-parties; i.e. payroll providers, EIBs, and integrations, supporting enhancements.
- Develop and create training materials, alongside conducting training workshops to improve usage and utilisation.
You will have:
- Relevant Workday HCM experience.
- Other additional Modules beneficial.
- In-depth configuration experience.
- Experience with various methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Analysis skills.
