The Role: As the Global Senior Client Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and advancing relationships with Global Strategic Growth Clients. You will support Client Relationship Partners (CRPs) and work closely with the Client Partner to strengthen and expand key client relationships, driving revenue growth over the next four years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and drive relationships with Global Strategic Growth Clients.
- Implement innovative relationship programs and robust account plans to build and promote Client Teams.
- Chair and co-chair regular meetings with client teams to ensure account plans are executed effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Track financial targets and communicate revenue progress across the Client Team.
- Manage internal communications and support CRPs in delivering impactful business development activities.
