We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and interact with a diverse client base. Previous Collection Agency Experience is a MUST. * Primary point of contact for clients
* Communicate with clients via telephone and email
* Address Client Inquiries
* Providing Product and Service Information
* Resolving any Emerging issues
* Reporting
* Prepare manual letters
* Adhoc Requests
* Manage & Distribute emails from General Mailbox
* Document Uploads Qualifications
* Previous experience in a collection agency and/or client services is mandatory
* Familiarity with Debt Master / DRS is an asset, but not mandatory
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
