- 4-7 years of experience in an advisory and operational capacity (consultancy, start up, corporate environment)
- Experience in a consumer environment (fintech/healthcare interest ideal)
- Experience managing a team is preferable
- Hybrid working à ~3 days in the office in London
- £55-70,000 base salary depending on experience levels
Job Description
- Take ownership of the design and implementation of core operational systems and processes to optimise efficiency and scalability
- Drive operational excellence across the business and develop/maintain reporting tools to track operational performance and ensuring that key metrics are met.
- Manage and mentor a team and acting as a point of
