Recruit and onboard a team of 10 or more people within Business Development who will look after and develop relationships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform Understand P+L and data analytics Be aware of consumer trends in the e-commerce landscape Support merchandise partners and help vendors develop a business plans (eg market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and logistics) Fluent Mandarin (essential) Fluent English (essential) Happy to work fully remotely Solid e-commerce background is essential
