We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join a new therapeutic SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) provision in Edgware.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dedicated clinical team and a highly experienced manager to create a nurturing and supportive home for children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement therapeutic strategies
- Provide leadership and support to the staff team
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support for the children
- Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment

- Experience in a similar role within SEMH provisions
