Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Neuropool located in the London Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development tasks on a day-to-day basis.
The role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to focus exclusively on enterprise and corporate clients, promoting Neuropool’s B2B SaaS jobs board and HR tools. In this role, you will lead high-value sales conversations, create strategic partnerships with large organisations, and drive adoption of our innovative HR solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire enterprise and corporate clients.
- Drive the growth of Neuropool’s SaaS jobs board and HR tools in the enterprise space.
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value opportunities with large organisations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Deliver tailored product demos, proposals, and negotiations to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and refine offerings based on client feedback.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Required experience
- Proven experience in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech or recruitment solutions.
- Previous yearly sales of £150,000 - £500,000
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience closing high-value deals.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
