A prestigious and well established architectural practice, is hiring for a bid coordinator to join its team in London. You will work as part of a wider BD/bids team and have the support of a Bid Manager and Bid Writer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the work winning activity of this practice.
This is a 12 month maternity cover contract, to start in March. Hybrid working on offer after initial settling in period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce bespoke bids & RFP's via InDesign.
- Assessing and evaluating bid notices and opportunities.
- Research and scope out new business opportunities within the UK and international markets.
- Assist in the delivery of the business development strategy.
- Offer ideas and suggestions to enhance the bid processes and win rates.
- Updating and maintaining bids library, tracking bids and providing case studies on successful bids.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in the architecture or related industries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinker and proactive approach
- Adobe Creative Suite skills, namely InDesign are essential
- An interest in the design industry would be highly advantageous
