With their cutting-edge IoT device and smart data platform they help restaurants identify energy-saving opportunities, reduce costs, and make data-driven decisions to boost efficiency—all while shrinking their carbon footprint.

The Role:
As Account Manager , you’ll be at the heart of their client relationships, ensuring restaurants get maximum value from their solutions. From onboarding new users to delivering insights that drive results, you’ll play a key role in helping hospitality businesses thrive. You'll have an enviable list of household names and work with a variety of internal stakeholder.
What You’ll Do:
- Client onboarding & support : Guide clients through adoption and use of the IoT device, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Maximise value : Help restaurants unlock energy savings and operational efficiency through data insights.
- Build lasting partnerships : Foster relationships that create loyalty, solve challenges, and ensure long-term success.
- Growing existing accounts: Explore potential growth within accounts to maximise the relationships and extend the reach.
What You Bring:
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer success—ideally in an early stage startup.
- A natural flair for communication, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and build trust.
- A passion for sustainability and making a tangible difference is a real benefit.
