As we enter the next stage of our development, following years of impressive growth and success, we are seeking a talented and motivated Structuring/Trading Associate to join our team and contribute to the continued expansion of our business. This is a front-office role.
You will work closely with a highly experienced cross-asset team specializing in structured products, ranging from autocallables to credit-linked notes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the derivatives market, including pricing, trading, and marketing. Depending on your interests, there is potential for specialization in structuring or trading at a later stage.

Generate new trade ideas for the Sales team.
Price cross-asset solutions and structured products.
Ensure effective collaboration with other teams, including Quants, Legal, and Operations.
Exceptional academic record, ideally a Master’s degree in Financial Markets, Quantitative Finance, or Mathematics.
Professional proficiency in English.
Strong IT skills, including Excel, VBA, Python, or experience with other programming languages.
Fluency in French or Italian is a plus.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp and apply new financial concepts effectively.
