As Engineering Manager, you will:
- Lead Technical Teams: Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- Drive Delivery: Oversee the development lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to align the engineering approach with business goals and technical best practices.
- Hands-On Expertise: Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and occasionally roll up your sleeves to write high-quality code.
- Innovate with Technology: Champion best practices in modern software development and explore new technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js
- Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation)
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
- Testing: Jest, Cypress, and TDD/BDD practices
- Version Control: Git (GitHub, Bitbucket)
