Userled is looking for its third Account Executive to help drive Mid-market & Enterprise new business acquisition. It's an exciting time to join: We're backed by Europe's leading Early Stage VC (LocalGlobe) and have scaled very quickly over the last 12 months. We work with some of the biggest names in B2B SaaS as their AI Marketing Co-Pilot. This means our customers can distribute hyper-targeted and personalised content along the buyer journey from top of funnel to close across every channel.
What the job involves
- You’ll be the third 'quota-carrier' at one of Europe’s most promising early-stage companies working alongside an experienced team who have done this before & worked with the best investors and teams out there
- You’ll help build & manage our sales pipeline, close deals, and partner with our CEO on GTM strategy as we expand our ideal customer profile & find success in other sectors and geographies…hopefully, you’ll manage a geography/sector/team in the next 12 months
- You will help shape our go-to-market strategy and execute on it
- This role will report directly to the CEO, and you'll have the opportunity to establish yourself as a Sales leader at Userled
- As Userled scales its GTM function, you’ll have an outsized impact on the business either bringing in the largest, most strategic customers or building out future teams as we expand globally. We operate as a meritocracy & there are no limits to your growth
Must-have requirements
- You have a strong B2B sales record & you want to build a SaaS sales function from the ground up
- 2-3+ years of AE experience, working in a fast-paced environment
- You are happy to build your own pipeline and don't mind doing the hard things
- You can manage complex sales cycles with the world’s leading mid-market and enterprise B2B Tech businesses (300 - 50k+ employees), initially securing mid-five and low-six figure deals
- You are a master of Discovery calls + Product Demos and love getting to the root of the problem to build rock solid business cases, including Business Value Maps
- You are happy making high-impact decisions with imperfect information
- You are highly motivated and willing to learn about the space we operate in and the businesses we sell to
- You've had experience carrying quota, over consistently over-achieving
