Support Store Leadership :
Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the boutique runs efficiently and smoothly.
Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is absent, providing guidance and support to the team.
Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating staff to meet performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Uphold the boutique’s brand values and mission in all customer interactions.
Support in managing inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain the boutique’s high standards.
Monitor store performance metrics, assist in meeting sales targets, and contribute to operational improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that reflects the brand’s ethos.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve store operations and customer experience.
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail, preferably in a premium environment.
