Sales Manager - (start-up team) - Up to £45k basic - OTE £70k+
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Business Development Department . You’ll recruit and shape your own team, develop innovative strategies, and inspire success in a growing company with ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead a team of Business Development Executives , creating a supportive and high-performing environment.
- Provide regular training, one-on-one coaching, and development opportunities to your team.
- Design and execute a sales strategy aimed at reconnecting with dormant clients and reigniting relationships.
- Set realistic yet ambitious goals for the team, tracking progress and ensuring accountability through KPIs and reporting.
- Be a motivational leader who isn’t afraid to lead from the front.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing and growing successful sales teams.
- A driven, motivated leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
