Client Onboarding Manager - B2B SaaS, Workforce Solutions
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: c£75k (DOE) + Bonus
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth B2B SaaS company within the Workforce Solutions landscape. As the Implementation and Client Onboarding Manager, you will build and lead the implementation function from the ground up, taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding and bespoke solution delivery process.
This role is not for the fainthearted. You’ll thrive in an environment where resources are limited, systems are manual (think Excel and shared docs), and cross-departmental communication happens via GoogleSheets, Slack, Teams, and email. You will bring structure, drive improvements, and lead projects into 2025 and beyond.

Key Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven track record of implementing bespoke SaaS solutions in high-growth or start-up environments.
- Strong understanding of workforce SaaS solutions
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex information to technical and senior-level audiences.
- Conflict resolution expertise, ensuring alignment between Sales, Development, Product, and clients.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with VMS/MSP systems or similar workforce technologies.
- Familiarity with manual processes and the ability to implement automation over time.
- Technical proficiency in software integration and data migration processes.

- Adaptable, with a willingness to embrace and improve manual systems.
