**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Vaughan, ON.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in executing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and contributing to our overall brand strategy. This position requires a proactive individual with a creative mindset and knack for organization and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for all the Businesses, both digital and traditional, to align with company objectives.
- Create and edit content for various channels, including social media, email, website, and print.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (e.G., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
