Job Summary
Lorex Technology is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape and enhance our brand presence across digital channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and storyteller who is passionate about brand awareness, audience engagement, and digital-first marketing.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for executing digital brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving innovative content strategies that resonate with our audience. You will play a crucial role in positioning Lorex as a leading smart security brand by developing compelling digital marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and enhance customer perception.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing, digital media, and content strategy, with experience managing campaigns across social media, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and content marketing. You should be highly analytical and creative, capable of blending data-driven insights with compelling storytelling to drive impactful brand campaigns.
This role requires a collaborative mindset, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute large-scale brand campaigns, amplify product launches, and strengthen brand affinity. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting brand marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
o Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing campaigns across digital channels to strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
o Create and manage storytelling-driven digital campaigns that reflect Lorex’s brand values and resonate with key consumer segments.
o Collaborate with leadership to refine brand messaging and visual identity for consistency across all digital platforms.
o Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Experience) to ensure brand alignment across the entire customer journey.
o Research and implement new digital marketing trends and strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer connection.
Digital Content & Creative Execution
o Lead the development of high-quality, brand-aligned content for paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
o Work with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce compelling video, visual, and written content.
o Optimize content performance using A/B testing, audience insights, and digital analytics.
o Support content localization strategies to expand brand reach in new markets.
Paid Media & Digital Advertising
o Manage brand awareness-focused digital advertising campaigns (social, display, video, and programmatic).
o Collaborate with media agencies to ensure strategic media placements that drive brand affinity and recall.
o Evaluate paid media effectiveness based on brand lift studies, engagement rates, and audience sentiment.
o Experiment with emerging ad formats, including immersive and interactive ads, to enhance brand storytelling.
o Oversee Lorex’s paid social media marketing presence, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
o Work closely with the social media coordinator to amplify brand awareness and trust.
o Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster community interaction and brand advocacy.
o Monitor social trends and audience insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
o Track social share of voice (SOV) and brand sentiment to measure success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Launches
o Work closely with Product Marketing teams to develop compelling brand launch strategies for new products.
o Partner with PR and Communications agencies to align digital campaigns with broader brand initiatives.
o Support go-to-market (GTM) campaigns by developing brand-led marketing assets and messaging.
o Ensure that marketing assets are aligned with consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
Brand Marketing Analytics & Reporting
o Define and track brand marketing KPIs, including:
Brand awareness (brand recall, share of voice)
Engagement metrics (social interactions, video views, sentiment analysis)
Audience growth (follower acquisition, email sign-ups)
Brand perception (customer sentiment, NPS, online reviews)
o Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights to refine future campaigns.
o Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, and other marketing platforms for data analysis.
o Provide recommendations to leadership based on data-driven storytelling and competitive insights.
o Build and share weekly marketing updates
6. Budget & Stakeholder Management
o Manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation for maximum impact.
o Work closely with Finance and Accounting to track expenses, process invoices, and optimize spending.
o Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
o Present campaign performance and brand impact updates to executive leadership.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
o 3+ years of experience in digital brand marketing, content strategy, or social media marketing.
o Strong understanding of brand marketing principles, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
o Experience executing brand campaigns across social media, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
o Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, etc.).
o Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills.
o Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
o Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
