Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics? We’re looking for a Dispatch Manager to oversee and optimize our dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
âś… Lead and mentor a team of dispatchers handling LTL, van, container, and straight truck operations.
âś… Manage scheduling, dispatching, and resource planning to maximize efficiency.
âś… Monitor driver performance, safety, and compliance alongside the Compliance team.
âś… Ensure accurate records in the TMS system and timely completion of road sheets.
âś… Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and clients to enhance operations.
âś… Strategize for business growth, seasonal fluctuations, and cost-saving opportunities.
âś… Conduct audits and implement training programs to improve dispatcher and driver performance.

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Bilingual in French and English (mandatory).
🔹 Degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field .
🔹 7+ years of dispatching experience.
🔹 2+ years of management experience (preferred).
🔹 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
