Le Chef Processus d’Affaires sera responsable d’opérer la transformation à l’interne afin d’améliorer la performance organisationnelle et maximiser l’efficacité opérationnelle du côté financier.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
- Analyser les processus d’affaires et financiers de bout-en-bout afin de les optimiser et de favoriser l’amélioration continue
- Documenter les procédures des différentes unités d’affaires et cartographier les processus
- Émettre des recommandations, proposer différents outils et veiller à la saine gestion du changement
- Être le principal point de contact interne pour le projet de transformation numérique
- Animer les ateliers avec les différents groupes de travail
PROFIL
- 15+ années d’expérience en Amélioration de processus et/ou en processus financier
- Expertise en gestion des processus d’affaires dans le domaine financier
- Leadership, engagement, et sensibilité à la saine gestion du changement
- Expérience en environnement multi-sites et avec différentes unités d’affaires
- Certification CFA, CPA, Lean Six Sigma (Green ou Black Belt) et/ou Certification PMP (fort atout)
- Connaissances du domaine manufacturier (atout)
- BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent, Maîtrise en gestion étant un fort atout
- Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais requis)

The Business Process Lead will be responsible for driving internal transformation to improve organizational performance and maximize operational efficiency on the financial side.

- Analyze end-to-end business and financial processes to optimize them and promote continuous improvement.
- Document procedures for various business units and map out processes.
- Provide recommendations, propose various tools, and ensure effective change management.
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for the digital transformation project.
- Lead workshops with different working groups.
PROFILE
- 15+ years of experience in process improvement and/or financial processes.
- Expertise in business process management within the financial sector.
- Strong leadership, commitment, and sensitivity to effective change management.
- Experience in multi-site environments and with various business units.
- CFA, CPA, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), and/or PMP certification (strong asset).
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (asset).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, Master’s in Management is a strong asset.
- Bilingual (French required, English required).
