We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support the migration of our on-premises Linux workloads to the cloud, primarily Azure, with an AWS component.
You will join a team of 20 people in a stimulating and collaborative work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability, security, and management of systems and infrastructure services in a global IT environment.
- Participate in the design and validation of technical solutions, meeting integration and testing requirements.
- Lead infrastructure migration projects from on-premise to the cloud, focusing on risk management, quality, and communication.
- Contribute to the optimization of infrastructure technologies and recommend relevant improvements.
- Resolve complex technical issues escalated by other IT teams.
- Document processes and procedures to ensure sustainability and compliance.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Skills:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT environment management and maintenance.
- At least 5 years of experience in deploying, patching, and managing Linux, virtual (VMware), and physical environments.
- At least 3 years of experience with RH Satellite and Ansible Tower for deployment automation.
- Proficiency in infrastructure applications (RH, AD, DNS, etc.).
- Experience with Openscap / Scap Workbench policies.
- Good understanding of storage and network concepts related to virtualization.
- Knowledge of best practices in incident and change management (ITIL).
- Linux certification and VMware experience are assets.
- Preferred experience with:
- GDPR and CMMC regulations.
- Azure cloud technologies (IAAS), Azure ARC, and Monitor.
- ServiceNow, Terraform, OpenShift, Office 365.
Behavioral Skills:
- University degree (BAC/DEC) in computer science or equivalent experience.
