Reporting to the President, the IT Director will be responsible for managing corporate Information Technology strategies. The ideal candidate will oversee all areas of the IT infrastructure, ensuring that all technological initiatives are in alignment with the company's business goals. This is a senior leadership position requiring a strong technological background with proven experience in managing IT operations in the industrial sector.

Develop and implement IT strategies that identify technological solutions to support operations in the industrial services sector;
Oversee corporate IT infrastructure including all system networks, servers, platforms, software, and hardware;
Ensure system security and reliability, minimizing downtime and optimizing technological performance;
Develop cybersecurity processes that protect company data and IT systems through conducting risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability tests;
Implement protocols that prevent data breaches and ensure compliance with data protection regulations;
Manage the IT budget ensuring cost-effective solutions in technological maintenance, programs, hardware, and software;
Manage relationships with third-party services by negotiating contracts, tracking service performance, and monitoring the delivery of IT solutions;
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects including but not limited to: new optimizations, system integrations, implementing new programs/software and system updates;
Work closely and in liaison with operations and corporate departments to implement IT solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and collaboration;
Monitor, reportand analyze IT performance metrics to senior leadership and recommend data-driven improvements in monthly corporate meetings;
Stay up to datewith current technological and industrial trends and legislature while identifying opportunities to implement new IT strategies;
A minimum of 7 years' experience in an IT leadership capacity overseeing large-scale operations;
A minimum of 10years' experience in the Information Technology field;
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technological field;
Experience in the industrial services, logistics, or manufacturing sector is considered an asset;
Strong knowledge of network administration, system infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development and risk protocols is required;
Experience withcybersecurity and data protection protocols is required;
Must be proficient in Google systems, Microsoft, ITIL frameworks, and database management systems (SQL, etc.);
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with proven experience of identifying and resolving IT system inefficiencies;
Exceptional knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the industrial services sector including: CCPA, ISO standards, and data privacy legislation.
