BoomerangFX, an innovative medical software company located in Mississauga, ON, is looking for a Senior Google Ads and Facebook Ads Specialist with 5+ years of Paid Ads experience, active Google Certification(s), including some experience with Bing Ads and/or TikTok ad platforms and an interest in the cosmetic surgery industry. This is a permanent role with exciting opportunities for growth, we are expanding quickly!
5+ years of Google Ads (primary), Facebook and Remarketing. Experience with A/B testing is required
· Proven experience using Facebook ads for B2C within healthcare industry, a plus.
· Experience with programmatic ad placements is beneficial or running brand campaigns.
· Knowledge and appreciation of the cosmetic industry.
· Ability to create and optimize digital assets (text ads, responsive display ads and video ads) using templates.
· Proven success in driving quality B2C traffic, increasing consumer interest and growing revenue for clients.
· Basic understanding of online medical policies, copyright and privacy laws.
Monitor KPI performance frequently to lead the necessary optimizations and account performance.
· Develop error-free original copy with relevant imagery, videos, etc. Increase clients by generating quality leads and measuring the ROI.
· Utilize Asana software for project assignment, due dates, and team communications.
