Spectrum Pharma is growing, and we’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our Quality Operations team! If you have a strong background in technical documentation and experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries , this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Writing and issuing packaging master documents, BOMs , and batch records
✔ Developing work instructions, procedures, and training materials
✔ Drafting qualification and validation protocols
✔ Creating material and finished product specifications
✔ Managing GMP document archiving and retention samples
✔ Writing Annual Product Reviews (APQRs)
🔹 Qualifications
✅ Degree (DEC or BSc) in science, industrial engineering, documentation management, technical writing, or
quality assurance
✅ 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries
✅ Strong writing skills in French and English
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to handle different file formats
✅ Attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork
