What You’ll Do:
✅ The successful candidate will create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and connects with our audience across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Developing, managing and implementing a social media strategy and calendar to grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience loyalty
• Collaborating with team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and vision
• Scheduling and publishing posts to maintain a consistent and on-brand presence across all channels
✅ Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize strategies
✅ Monitoring and engaging with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships
✅ Manage our Online Reputation by working with Client and Consultant feedback via strategic planning and proactive measures (ie exit interviews/surveys, industry ratings etc)
✅ Create and manage campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
✅ Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
&##127919; Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
&##128241; Strong understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics.
&##128395; Excellent writing and communication skills with a creative flair.
&##127912; Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
&##128202; Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
&##129309; A team player who can multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
