Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the company’s day-to-day marketing objectives and initiatives.
-The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be an integral part of the department by assisting with website and portals maintenance, point-of-sale planning and fulfillment, invoice entry and budget maintenance, and serve as liaison with our vendors.
-This is a Hybrid Position- Minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday/ Wednesday / Thursday) in our Thornhill office.
-Develop and maintain content on websites, portals, branding hub, and pos materials
-Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
-Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help improve on departmental operations
Website and portals content update and maintenance
-Assist in creating, coordinating and executing print and digital advertising.
-Assist in planning, coordinating and executing comp any and industry events, such as sales conferences, trade shows and golf tournaments.
-Fulfill requests for printed/digital material such as product guides, posters, point-of-sale materials and promotional items.
-Coordination and execution of asset review and approval process.
Responsible for managing all asset inventory, maintaining version control and re-ordering when needed.
-Assist in content and digital assets for Sym-Tech’s social media accounts
-Ensures brand standards are adhered across all assets.
-Bachelor's degree/equivalent, in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred.
-1 to 3 years professional Marketing experience within a corporate environment.
-Proficient computer skills, specifically Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Smartsheet and Teams.
-Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Google Analytics and Shopify a definite asset.
-Bilingual with fluency in French a strong asset
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
