Your Impact
Reporting to the General Manager of the Facility, the Plant Manager is a key leadership role with full P&L responsibility. You will oversee every facet of the plant’s operations—from production and quality assurance to process optimization and regulatory compliance—while directly mentoring a diverse team that includes a Production Manager, Customer Service & Warehouse Manager, Anodizing Manager, Office Coordinator, and Maintenance Technicians.
What Are We Looking For?
To be considered for this impactful role, you must possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- Overall:
10+ years of experience in anodizing, powder coating, paint coating, or metal manufacturing. - Leadership :
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a performance-driven environment. - Operational Efficiencies:
Expertise in operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement. - Technica Skills :
In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, electrical control systems, and industrial automation. - P&L:
Strong financial and cost management skills, with demonstrated P&L accountability - Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
