The Project Management Officer (PMO) will provide operational and day-to-day support to the VP of Harmoniz Select & Business Development, ensuring efficient smooth execution of business initiatives and timely completion of objectives.
This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the VP of Harmoniz Select & Business Development in achieving business goals.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Ensure that all business objectives are met by monitoring progress and addressing any delays or obstacles.
Provide leadership, coaching, and training to project managers and teams. Provide updates and follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Project Management Support:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring projects stay on track.
Facilitate meetings and track project progress.
Track progress, assist with forecasting, and help with resource planning.
Provide operational support to help team members overcome challenges and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
· A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in project management or strategic roles
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.
· Familiarity with global market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
· Willingness to travel as required to support business operations.
· Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
