About the Role:
This position specializes in delivering high-impact recruitment projects for the Cloud and DevOps sectors. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, develop a deep understanding of specialized job requirements, and strategically match top-tier talent to client needs. Collaborating with an experienced team, you will leverage your subject-matter expertise to drive business growth and cultivate long-term partnerships across EMEA and APAC markets.
You Will Play a Key Role In:
- Conducting executive candidate searches to meet clients' global business expansion and recruitment needs, with a focus on the EMEA and APAC markets and professionals in the Cloud and DevOps sectors
- Provide professional consultancy services to clients and candidates, building long-term relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs
- Manage the full spectrum of recruitment services, from meeting clients and candidates to assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting suitable candidates to clients, and facilitating hiring process
- Achieve business targets by developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, increasing sales revenue and contributing to business growth
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a field relevant to computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Has 3+ years of experience in recruiting for cloud solutions, DevOps, or consultative technology roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and Cloud architecture
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrates a track record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets and business development objectives.
- Possesses excellent presentation and persuasion abilities, able to offer insightful career advice and effectively influence both clients and candidates.
- Fully proficient in English, enabling clear communication and relationship-building across diverse markets.
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin business language would be considered an advantage
