Overview of the Media Sales Executive Role - Full Time Office-Based Role:
- Offering media buying services to well-known brands across TV, Radio, Digital, Out of Home, Press and Magazines.

The Role:
JWE Media is now recruiting for a Media Sales Executive to add to an already successful and over-performing team.
As a Media Sales Executive at JWE Media, you will be at the forefront of identifying and securing lucrative advertising opportunities for a diverse range of clients. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the sale of media space across various platforms, including digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor media.
The successful candidate will have a professional and positive attitude and ideally will be interested in speaking to C-Suite decision makers about our services and opportunities.
The successful candidate must have previous sales experience of at least 2 years and a general understanding of the advertising and marketing industry.

As a Media Sales Executive your responsibilities will include:
- Business Development: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase market penetration.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their business objectives and propose tailored media solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales Execution: Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics. Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to guide sales strategies and product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, planning, and creative, to develop integrated media proposals that align with client objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyse campaign results to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Minimum Requirements:
- 12 months B2B new business sales experience
- Desire to work and learn in an office environment
- Proven experience in B2B sales, advertising sales, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of the media landscape and advertising trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Salary: £26,000-£30,000 DOE + commission. OTE: +£60k (uncapped)
