We’re looking a Martech Sales Superstar to join our Sales team in Sydney, as an Account Executive.
In this role you will…
- Articulate your understanding of the daily business operations and use cases of Marketers, their teams, and Media Agencies, focusing on how they achieve their goals.
- Demonstrate your ability to run in-depth prospect discovery and identify business challenges faced by Marketers and Media Agencies in your mid-market and large SMB segment.
- Clearly communicate your proactive approach to prospecting and generating new pipeline, which is a key goal of this role.
- Develop, coach, and review business strategies with your SDR on a daily basis, driving a path to exceed your quota and helping progress their career.
- Enjoy being hands-on with Martech, conducting product demos, and leveraging your strong relationship skills to uncover prospects' marketing and media data business challenges.
- Showcase a proven track record in effectively using mutual action plans to secure a path and timeline for closing transactions.
- Exhibit deep curiosity by mapping all your prospect organizations and using multi-threading to uncover all use cases.
- Understand the power of CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) in a salesperson’s life and clearly articulate how you use these tools in your daily routine.
- Demonstrate your ability to navigate complex organizations to find decision-makers, influencers, economic buyers, and end users to close deals.
- Invest in your success by continuously developing your industry knowledge, attending industry events, learning the technical side of Supermetrics products, and understanding the use cases they solve, with a focus on our Marketing Intelligence Cloud, API, Data Warehousing, and other new solutions.
- Lead by example, showing how you step outside of your comfort zone to make a significant impact on your career.

- High commitment and strong track record of attaining revenue goals
- Previous experience successfully working with and coaching an SDR
- Demonstrated positive cultural impact
- Proven success in Martech SaaS sales
- Strong track record in sourcing and closing outbound deals
- Used product demonstrations to showcase your proposed technical solve to address business challenges
