The SDR is responsible for qualifying prospects from lead status and converting them to opportunities in the sales pipeline. We look for our employees to provide first-class customer engagement to ensure that longstanding relationships can be built from the outset, making the position of SDR an ideal growth position for an aspiring sales professional.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, etc.)
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to our products and services
- Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the wider Sales team
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
What You'll Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or telemarketing role is desirable but not essential
