Responsibilities
- Realise and manage the importance of IT systems, data and processes
- Supporting a variety of systems and platforms including website, customer app, CRM, EPOS, customer recognition software, online billing, stock-taking, event management and more
- Ensure that the acquisition and implementation of hardware and software is appropriate, cost effective and well managed

- Salesforce
- M365 Stack
- Have worked within a Hospitality environment / clients
