This C# Developer should have most of the following:

At least 3 years commercial c# development experience
Solid Azure services understanding
Git version control
Experience working on high traffic systems or software applications
Any BizTalk server experience would be a plus but is not essential
Modern CI/CD methodology understanding would be useful
