Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Insurance and Health Insurance.
- Experience in: “Small and Medium Sized Enterprises” or “Consumer” (preferably both)
- Experience in any of the below specifications:
- Opportunity & Quote
- Proposition Management
- Claim & Provider N/w
- Portal
- Data, Integration, Platform
- Billing & Payment
- Understanding of health insurance processes, capabilities, ways of working, operations, value chain.
- Scope and shape activities for the work-stream, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and how they can be designed and developed practically
- Work closely with Business Stakeholders to ensure input and engagement is made in timely manner, challenge where necessary
- Ability to work with digital teams
- Ability to work with technical and development teams
- Experienced in working with Policy Admin systems – experienced in working with integrated designs across requirements, to technical requirements and liaising these with the development teams
- Experienced in Salesforce - preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops.
- Good Stakeholder Management.
- Self-starter, proactive, independently work and be responsible.
- Experiences of working in an Agile, Scrum and Kanban, Jira and confluence environment, concept of role of a Business Analyst in an Agile project.
- Experienced in working in agile scrum teams.
- Ability to quickly understand different business needs, customer and user journeys, business processes and map them out – experienced in crafting BRDs
- Excellent presentation skills/ visual representations.
- Pro-active and can work with no supervision
