TRIA Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced eDiscovery Manager for an established and globally renowned consulting firm based in London, United Kingdom.
This opportunity is a fantastic hybrid opportunity for someone who wants to be accountable to the full exposure of the EDRM lifecycle but has specific skills around lawyer & client communication, people management and ambitions to be market facing. There will also be a clear line to Senior Management with a plan to support.
Responsibilities
- Full EDRM experience with demonstrable evidence of balancing multiple projects at once.
- Work with industry leading tools within eDiscovery domain mainly Relativity & RelativityOne. But there are occasions where Nuix is used.
- Be analytical and pursue a nature of having high data quality with strong levels of quality control and quality assurance. Including oversight of more junior colleagues at time.
- Coordinate, discuss and collaborate eDiscovery tasks with lawyers. Understanding the risks and solutions for complex processes .
- Ideally an innovative approach to clients issues, desire to create bespoke solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equal experience within Legal, Computer Science or Forensic Background.
- 5-8+ years of experience in related field with medium and large cases/projects.
- Proficient in Relativity and RelativityOne is core but we are interested in Nuix, Axcelerate, Reveal and/or any other leading eDiscovery tools as well.
- Consulting or Vendor experience is a benefit but not discounting law firm or in house backgrounds.
- Strong communication and presentation skills especially under sometimes high pressure circumstances.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once with the support of your colleagues at aid.
Desirable:
- Certifications within eDiscovery such as RCA, RCU, ACEDS, Nuix Discovery and other industry standard markers for skills.
- Coding / Scripting skills in SQL.
- Collections experience or knowledge of.
- Data Processing skills.
This opportunity will be around the £70,000 - £90,000 mark with a bonus, significant benefits, training & development budget and more. Clear line to Senior Management.
