Building out a strong presence across the U.S. and Europe, they are seeking a Director of Customer Success to manage, build, and scale their post-sale customer success strategy. Role: Web3 Director of Customer Success
Location: United Kingdom or United States - remote
Manage, develop, and implement new customer success strategies, showing what best practice is.
Leading and growing the customer success team. The goal is to hire customer success managers and perform as a player coach.
Create the customer onboarding, training, and implementation processes and ensuring there are smooth processes for long-term success.
Leadership Experience in managing a customer success team and have built a team from the ground up, with a track record of developing and coaching talent.
