A transforming law firm seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide first, second, and third-line support across their Chesterfield and Sheffield offices.
This role multi-faceted role will ensure you gain experience on all kinds of systems & IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle IT queries via email, phone, or in person across two offices.
- Manage Active Directory, Legal Applications, and IP Telephony systems.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Assist in delivering technical projects.
- Deliver a first-class customer service and contribute to the improvement of service delivery
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Servers, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and firewall management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
